COVID-19 Gallery

This is the archive of photos taken during 2020 and 2021 at the height of the pandemic. These birders practiced safe social distancing while still being able to go outside and enjoy nature amidst the danger. We believe that nature has healing powers, and observing birds proved both beneficial in improving individuals' mental health and in raising awareness about social and environmental causes all around the world.​ Many of these photos were taken by teenagers and young children.
